Current Opportunities:
- **Direct Care Professionals**
Open to high school graduates for positions in our IDD group homes in Weirton and Wellsburg.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities
• Three rotating shifts
• Occasional weekend availability required
- **Habilitation Specialists**
Part-time, morning positions at our weekday workshops (Monday–Friday).
• Provide educational instruction
• Support daily living skill development
• Facilitate community awareness and engagement
- **Case Managers & Behavior Support Professionals**
For candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a behavioral science field.
• Support individuals within the IDD system
• Coordinate services and behavioral supports
- **Therapists**
Licensed or license-eligible master’s-level clinicians.
• Provide outpatient therapy services
• Must have working knowledge of DSM-5-TR
• West Virginia licensure required or immediate eligibility
