Our Miracles Happen Center in Wheeling, WV offers an abstinence-based, residential treatment setting with a family-like environment surrounded by nature. Participants can engage in a structured 28-day residential stay, intensive day treatment programming, and group counseling focused on addiction education, healthy choices, and skill-building for relapse prevention. Our team provides individual therapy, daily groups, peer support, and psychoeducation on substance use and recovery.

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a structured day option for adults with co-occurring (dual diagnosis) mental health and substance use concerns.
